When will my order be delivered?

What happens if my order expires?
In the event that your order expires, indicating the advisor failed to provide the reading within the designated timeframe, your cost will be automatically refunded to your balance. Moreover, you might qualify for free bonus as compensation. By clicking on the order, you can access further details, and all cost transactions will be clearly displayed on the order details page. Please note that this scenario applies when your order is for a standard reading or non-live session. If your expired order is for a live chat or premium live session, it will be treated as an unsuccessful connection and won't incur any charges or consume your offers.
What to do if I accidentally placed an order by mistake?

Where to view my order or chat history?
To view your order or chat history, navigate to your avatar icon at the top right corner of the webpage (next to the search button), and simply click on the "Order History" tab to access the list of orders. Click on a specific order you wish to view to navigate to the order details page.
I am unable to hear/see the reading. What should I do?
